Drink up…..…Coffee is good for you…..

So many of my clients ask is coffee good or bad for you.

The simple answer, everything in moderation is good for you. It is now proven that one or two cups a day of coffee is indeed good for you. It can be addictive for many of us, not be the best for anxiety and is harvested with pesticides and chemicals, but in all the benefits are there for us to see.

*Decreases Type 2 Diabetes. Boosting your cells’ sensitivity to insulin, which helps regulate blood sugar, decreasing the chance of diabetes.

*Reduces Parkinson’s disease especially in men.

*Protects the Liver. Reduce the incidence of cirrhosis of the liver.

Now we don’t feel so bad drinking coffee…
