One of the best things you can do for your brain…

Our heart beats faster when we inhale and slower when we exhale.  Most relaxation techniques such as meditation have us exhale slowly, which can slow our heart rate and calm our entire body.  In fact quiet contemplation or mediation is a very effective technique to calm anxiety and when done a regular basis also helps to increase both brain and heart health.

Because meditation changes your brain, it extends your life…creates more happiness…increases inner peace…lowers stress …increases mental clarity…resolves long-standing emotional problems (including fear, anxiety, depression, anger, and substance abuse)…and, in fact…it is one of the best things you can do for your brain!
