The IMPORTANCE OF DRINKING WATER

Water makes up 2/3 of our planet, the same amount, as our body should constitute. The human brain is made up of 95% water, muscles 75%; blood is 82% and lungs 90%. Drinking a healthy amount of water is vital to your health. You can never imagine the importance of drinking water; you gain tremendous health performance such as:

*Water helps protect our organs

*Water forms the base of saliva

*Water forms the fluids around joints

*Water helps energize muscles

*Water regulates the body temperature

*Water helps metabolism and weight loss

*Water helps absorb our nutrients better

*Water helps the skin looking vibrant

*Water awakens us, helps us think clearer and makes us feel better

 

How much water should I drink? Around 2 litres a day, depending on how much caffeine you drink, if you work out doors, if you train frequently or do lots of hot Yoga.

The benefits of drinking water are amazing, always try and carry a water bottle, add lemon if the taste is boring, always drink water after a coffee to help prevent dehydration and remember to drink lots of water after a alcohol toxic night!!!
