A big hello to all my clients, students and friends. I have decided to create an informal blog to pass on the experience and knowledge I have come across from massage and lecturing to help those I can.

Over the last decade  I have learnt a great deal about simple, subtle techniques in your everyday life that can contribute greatly to your overall body awareness, posture, body alignment and diet.

This blog is designed to share that knowledge with you; it will include everyday postural techniques, stretches and information on overall well being. I won’t be using complicated language, nor will I be diagnosing injuries, so consider the blog as a complement to your own practitioner’s advice and consultations.
