I am so thankful to have come across Adrian when I came to Byron Bay. I've suffered from chronic pain for quite some... time now, and Adrian has been such a positive influence in my health journey.His work is deep, powerful and I leave feeling so relaxed and with newfound movement in my body and especially my neck. I found Adrian online when I was in Byron last weekend. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain that was causing headaches... daily and killer migraines. He was done for the day, but agreed to see me because I was experiencing a lot of pain. Adrian quickly identified what caused the issues, provided advice about exercises I should and shouldn’t do at the gym, taught me about the best position for sleeping, ergonomic improvements I could make to my working station and spent a good hour massaging the problematic areas. After the session I felt really free on my neck and shoulders and re-gained range of movement. The next day I had almost no pain and haven’t had a headache since.
